A. We prefer that in this situation, you call us directly at 215-454-2619 or 917-559-6932 to speak with a Rental Representative. This way we can work with you to provide a more customized quote to meet your specific rental needs and price.

Q. Once I place my order, what happens next?
A. One of our rental representatives will contact you to review your order. The dates, quantities and locations will be confirmed to ensure accuracy. Arrangements would be made take care of your deposit as well.

Q. In addition to Renting Radios, I would like to have someone on site to help with distribution and inventory management. Do you offer such a service?
A. Yes we do. Depending on the dates and your market, we can offer you a very competitive rate for staffing.

Q. How many channels do your radios have?
A. We own and rent thousands of radios during any given week. Over 75% of our radio equipment consists of 16 channels or more.

Q. What kind of accessories do you offer with your radios?
A. For Two-Way radios, we offer Audio Accessories including: Speaker Microphones, Light Headsets, Double Headsets and Surmic.

Q. Do I need an FCC (Federal Communications Commission) license to rent from you?
A. No. We have National FCC Frequencies which are programmed into your radios. Additionally, we can program/match radios to your frequencies should you request that option. We deliver a copy of our FCC License with all first rentals.

Q. What radio brands do you have?
A. We carry Motorola brand radios only.

Q. What is a Repeater?
A. A repeater is installed in a fixed location with the intent of coverage enhancement. Multi-story buildings are covered more thoroughly and dead spots are removed. The building’s construction, number of floors and the presence of steel and concrete determine range

Q. Can you special program Sprint/Nextel's to meet special requests, such as Elections?
A. YES! We specialize in Consulting & Logistics. We help design a Program for successful GOTV Operations.

Q. Do your Sprint/Nextel phones offer long distance & local dialing options along with National Direct Connect?
A. We offer long distance & local dialing. However, for your protection this feature is not activated unless specifically requested.
